Unfortunately, I was unable to use the video interview I did with the lads of Son Of Science at Bloodstock Open Air 2008. There was a technical fault with the audio and in all, this happened on a total of 4 of my interviews. I am absolutely gutted. However, here is a text interview with founding member Ady for the meantime. I hope I can catch up with them again very soon.
	Son Of Science are:
Leon Muria – Vocals
Adrian Lambert – Bass
Lee Cassidy – Guitars
Phil Wickens – Keyboards
Jonno Lodge - Drums

				Q
How did you enjoy Bloodstock and how were you received? |

				A
The show at BOA ’08 was awesome. We came off stage on such a high. Loads of the punters came up after the show and said they loved it. There was loads of love for SoS on the Bloodstock forum afterwards too. |

				Q
How did the band form? |

				A
I left DragonForce at the end of ’05 and wanted to do something more progressive and less cheesy so I formed SoS with good friend of mine Lee Cassidy. We hired everyone else from there. |

				Q
What does each band member bring to Son Of Science? |

				A
I bring the looks, Lee writes the songs, Leon’s the party dude, Phil’s the fusion guy and Jonno’s got a massive nose. |

				Q
Tell me about your debut EP. |

				A
We scrapped that. We’re finalizing the full album track listing as I type. |

				Q
Where can fans get your music? |

				A
			www.myspace.com/sonofscience is a good bet. |

				Q
You would not have thought Jonno had only been in the band for just a week after such a cracking set at Bloodstock. The chemistry in Son Of Science must be spot on! |

				A
BOA ’08 was the first show that I was 100%+ happy with the line-up. The chemistry is now phenomenal. |

				Q
Any other projects that you are all involved in? |

				A
Jonno and I are in Biomechanical. Phil plays in a fusion band called Modicum. |

				Q
Is it important to you to have other outlets of different musical styles? |

				A
Not really. As long as the stuff I’m playing is challenging I’m happy. |

				Q
What’s next for the band? |

				A
We’re opening for Paul Gilbert at the C2 in Brighton on November 25th. |

				Q
For fun…who is the hunk? |

				A
I’m the hunk, but Phil’s been working out a lot recently as well. |
