<bgsound src="laydown.wma" loop=infinite> Priestess at Fibbers, York 7th June 07

Canadian Rocker’s Priestess didn’t disappoint the audience with their energetic set and great showmanship and really know how to get their groove on. They're a combo of melodic rock with catchy lyrics that will stick in your head for weeks. Sounds like Clutch’s other brother, their sound is firmly entrenched in good old 70s style rock n roll. Although it was a small crowd, Priestess soon had the punters banging their heads in appreciation. These guys are deffo worth a listen. With great guitars, raunchy vocals from Mikey and incredible beastie drum solo from Vince that took my breath away, you really should check them out. Supporting Megadeth and playing at Donington this year, these guys are making a name for themselves and I look forward to seeing them again on their headline tour of the UK.

Till next time…
